Lounge code of conduct
Admittance to the UpperDeck is entirely at our discretion and to ensure that we provide the highest levels of service, we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any guest for any reason at our absolute discretion, for example, due to capacity limitations, health and safety grounds, intoxication or any conduct that we consider would offend or disturb other guests.
Subject to lounge opening times, your booking allows you to arrive at the UpperDeck Lounge up to 3 hours after your reserved arrival time, but please note that your 3 hour booking runs from that reserved arrival time, and you will be expected to leave the lounge 3 hours after your reserved time (unless you have purchased additional hours in the lounge). Please note that the majority of check-in desks are available only 2 hours prior to the departure time, please be mindful of this if you are checking in luggage for your flight and want to purchase lounge access. If you arrive prior to your reserved arrival time, or more than 3 hours after it, or if you wish to remain in the lounge beyond the 3 hours after your reserved arrival time, your use of the lounge is at the discretion of the lounge staff.
Once the UpperDeck Lounge is booked, the booking is non refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking arrival time.
If on arriving at the lounge the food/drink does not meet your expectations. You must report the issue to a member of staff so that they have the opportunity to rectify the situation. Refunds can not be processed after consumption if not highlighted on day of arrival.
