Lounge code of conduct

Admittance to the UpperDeck is entirely at our discretion and to ensure that we provide the highest levels of service, we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any guest for any reason at our absolute discretion, for example, due to capacity limitations, health and safety grounds, intoxication or any conduct that we consider would offend or disturb other guests.

Subject to lounge opening times, your booking allows you to arrive at the UpperDeck Lounge up to 3 hours after your reserved arrival time, but please note that your 3 hour booking runs from that reserved arrival time, and you will be expected to leave the lounge 3 hours after your reserved time (unless you have purchased additional hours in the lounge). Please note that the majority of check-in desks are available only 2 hours prior to the departure time, please be mindful of this if you are checking in luggage for your flight and want to purchase lounge access. If you arrive prior to your reserved arrival time, or more than 3 hours after it, or if you wish to remain in the lounge beyond the 3 hours after your reserved arrival time, your use of the lounge is at the discretion of the lounge staff.

Glasgow Airport shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure a suitable environment is maintained within the UpperDeck including, but not limited to, keeping the UpperDeck clean and tidy and ensuring staff are available to respond to any queries.

Hen and Stag parties are not permitted in the lounge. Any guest found to be part of a party will be asked to leave the UpperDeck Lounge.

Guest wearing inappropriate clothing will be asked to cover up by staff. Refusal to do so will result in the guest being asked to leave the UpperDeck Lounge.

Guests to the UpperDeck are advised that smart casual or business attire is required and Glasgow Airport reserves the right (at our absolute discretion) to refuse admission to or remove, any guest whose behaviour or mode of dress is considered by us to be unsuitable or is likely to offend other guests.

Guests shall comply with any specific requests, directions, instructions and/or orders issued by our staff at all times.

Guests are reminded that smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly forbidden within the lounges.

Guests must not remove food and/or drinks from the UpperDeck Lounge and will refrain from consuming food and/or drink in the lounges other than food and/or drink provided in the UpperDeck Lounge.

Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to consume alcohol in the UpperDeck.

Guests are advised that alcoholic beverages in the UpperDeck Lounge only are limited to four per person and Glasgow Airport reserves the right to limited alcohol consumption, where necessary, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.
