From the moment you arrive until the moment you board your flight, it’s our mission to help ensure a smooth start to your family holiday departing from Glasgow Airport. We offer a number of family-friendly facilities and services to help do just this.
We have baby changing stations at all our toilet facilities and there is a breastfeeding zone at gates 1-3.
Cafes and restaurants can provide hot water to heat a bottle.
Baby Room
Located in Central Pier next to Gate 16, our Baby Room caters for parents looking for a designated quiet space to feed or change their infants and young children. The facility provides amenities to support this including six bottle warmers, with usage instructions accessible via QR codes placed in the room, three changing stations and a large screen TV.
To add to the welcoming ambience of the Baby Room, the walls showcase artwork created by pupils from three local schools - Dargavel Primary in Bishopton, St Charles Primary in Paisley and Newark Primary in Port Glasgow.
We offer full support to individuals who choose to breastfeed anywhere within the airport premises. However, for those seeking privacy, a dedicated area is provided within the room should anyone wish to use it.
It is important to note that there are no flight information screens in this room; passengers are advised to monitor departure times on the nearest screen, situated at Gate 24a on Central Pier, or check out live flight information via our website.
Breastfeeding Friendly Scotland Scheme
The airport has signed up to the national Breastfeeding Friendly Scotland (BFS) scheme, which is backed by the Scottish Government and managed by local NHS health boards.
The aim of the scheme is to help businesses understand their responsibilities and to ensure people who breastfeed know their rights.
Glasgow Airport is a breastfeeding-friendly business and supports the rights of anyone wishing to do so on our premises.

Baby Changing
If you are travelling with babies and very young children, you will need access to safe, clean baby changing areas and at Glasgow Airport, there are a number of facilities around the terminal for your convenience:

After security, next to WHSmith Bookstore (under the Lomond Lounge)
