Service Disruptions due to Road Closure
Due to major works, George Square North will be closed from 12 January to March 2026.
During this time, some bus stops will not be served. Please use the alternative stops below:
Towards Buchanan Bus Station
- Queen Street Station and North Hanover Street stops not served
- Use West George Street (for Queen Street Station)
Towards Glasgow Airport
- North Hanover Street and St Vincent Place stops not served
- Use Bath Street (opposite Sainsbury’s) or St Vincent Street (opposite Lloyds Banking Group)

Services
A 24-hour service is in operation, departing from every 10 minutes with frequent timetables and through the night journeys, daily.
In the city, this service picks-up and drops-off at St Vincent Street (near Central Station), George Square (near Queen Street Station), and close to many popular hotels.
From Buchanan Bus Station: 04:00 – 23:30, hourly until 03:30
From Glasgow Airport: 04:30 – 24:00, hourly until 04:00
From Buchanan Bus Station: 04:30 – 23:30
From Glasgow Airport: 05:00 – 24:00
The stops from Buchanan Bus Station to the airport include:
- North Hanover Street
- St Vincent Place
- St Vincent Street
- Waterloo Street
- Glasgow Airport
The stops from the airport to Buchanan Bus Station include:
- Bothwell Street
- Bothwell Street at Hope Street (near Central Station)
- Queen Street Station
- North Hanover Street
- Buchanan Bus Station
