AGS Airport Limited will have final say over the prize draw.
Entrants must be 18 years and over and UK residents
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random.

The prize must be booked within 1 month of winning and used within 6 months of receiving it.
No cash alternatives will be substituted for the prize. The promoter reserves the right to offer alternative items/activities of a greater or equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
Prize Value is up to £250
Use of a false name or address will disqualify any applicant from receiving the prize.
The winner may be required to participate in post-event publicity arranged by or on behalf of the promoter.
Glasgow Airport reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for alternative prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

1. Promotion Overview
- This promotion entitles the recipient ("The Prize Winner") to a total of fifty-two (52) tubs of 460ml Equi's ice cream ("The Prize") over a period of twelve (12) calendar months.
- The Prize is equivalent to one (1) tub of 460ml ice cream per week.
2. Prize Details
- Total Quantity: 52 x 460ml tubs of ice cream.
- Collection Period: The Prize must be fully collected within one (1) year (365 days) from the date of the initial award or notification (the "Commencement Date"). Any uncollected tubs after this period will be forfeited.
- Flavours: Subject to availability at the time of collection. The company reserves the right to substitute flavours.
3. Collection Requirements
- Collection Location: All tubs must be collected in person from our factory premises located in Rutherglen, Scotland.
- 8 New Way, Rutherglen Links Business Park, G73 1DH
- Collection Schedule: The Prize Winner has the flexibility to collect the full 52 tubs in a single visit OR to spread the collection across multiple visits throughout the one-year period.
- Note for Large Collection: Due to the large volume (52 tubs), the Prize Winner must ensure they have adequate transport and storage capacity (freezer space) for a single collection. The company is not responsible for storage once collected.
- Appointment: Regardless of the collection size, all collections must be arranged and confirmed in advance by contacting Alex Equi (alex@equisicecream.com) during standard factory operating hours. Walk-in collections may be denied.
- Identification: The Prize Winner must present valid photo identification and proof of the award upon each collection.
4. General Conditions
- Non-Transferable: The Prize is non-transferable and may only be claimed by the named Prize Winner.
- No Cash Alternative: The Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products or services.
- Storage: The company is not responsible for the safe transport or proper storage of the ice cream once it has been collected by the Prize Winner.
- Modification/Termination: The company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Liability: The company's liability for any issue relating to the Prize is limited to the value of the Prize itself (the 52 tubs of ice cream).
5. Acceptance of T&Cs
- By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
AGS Airport Limited takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
This competition is in no way affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or X.
Any personal data that we collect in connection with this prize draw will be processed in accordance with our privacy notice, a copy of which can be viewed here.
AGS Airport Limited reserves the right to withdraw or amend either the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time, without notice if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
The decision of AGS Airport Limited is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be invalid and disqualified.
You agree that if you are the winner, AGS Airport Limited will make available on request your name only as evidence of your winning.
