Bullying and harrassment policy

A summary
We believe that all our employees have a right to a working environment that is free from bullying and harassment. We recognise that these acts take many forms including physical, verbal and non-verbal behaviour. In all cases it is unwanted and can be devastating to the recipient.

We prohibit any form of bullying or harassment on whatever basis and will deal with the perpetrator (once proven) swiftly. This may result in their dismissal.
