From bags to books, to wallets and glasses, Luggage-Point will do all it can to reunite passengers with their sentimental or valued items thanks to its 24 hour online service.
Passengers will be required to complete a lost property form to allow our extensive database to be searched for each item.
If found, the passenger will be required to provide identification in the form of a passport or driving license and short term storage will be provided in Luggage-Point service area.
Long term items will be stored in the current secure storage area and any lost property will be tagged, dated and held for a period of 42 days.
Any items returned to the owner will be subject to a retrieval charge plus any applicable shipping costs.
