Family facilities
Travelling with children doesn't have to be a challenge. You'll find everything you need to keep kids happy at the airport, from baby changing rooms to pre-flight entertainment.
Baby changing
There are three baby change rooms at Glasgow Airport, in the following locations:
- After security, on the first floor by Starbucks
- After security, in international departures beside Drum and Monkey and Bargo
- In the international baggage reclaim hall (for arriving passengers).
In addition most toilets throughout the terminal, including those in T2 check-in, have wall-mounted baby changing units.
Play areas
International passengers will find a soft play area for young children after security on the international pier, near Gates 27A and 27B. It is unsupervised and suitable for ages two to six years.
Additionally, puzzle tables, Lego play equipment and Fingabox interactive screens can be found next to seating areas at several locations around the terminal.
skylounge Holiday Wing
The skylounge Holiday Wing welcomes children of all ages. Children's entertainment on offer includes toys, games consoles, DVDs and digital TV. Adults can relax and enjoy the contemporary surroundings, plus complimentary drinks, snacks, newspapers and internet access.
Food and other essentials
Most restaurants and bars provide high chairs and children's menu. Baby essentials such as nappies, formula milk and wipes are available at Boots pharmacy.
At WHSmith you can find magazines, comics and puzzle books to keep children entertained in the lounges and in the air.
Watching the planes
If your children like to watch the take-offs and landings, they'll enjoy a fantastic view of the runways, taxiways and stands from Frankie & Benny's, a family-friendly restaurant with a second-floor vantage point (after security control).
Parking options
We offer a number of airport parking options, all of which are family friendly. Why not compare the deals on offer to see which suits you best.
