Glasgow Airport has been shortlisted for the prestigious Glasgow’s Favourite Business Award and needs your vote.

The airport is one of six companies in the running for the accolade which will be decided by the readers of the Evening Times. The nomination follows what has been a hugely successful year-to-date for the airport during which time it has secured over 20 new routes and has continued to invest significantly in enhancing its facilities.

Amanda McMillan, managing director of Glasgow Airport, said: “It is always hugely flattering to be put forward for an award that is voted for by the public and by readers of the Evening Times. I think it shows we are doing something right and it would be a tremendous honour for the 5,000 people who work tirelessly to ensure Glasgow Airport continues to deliver for the city.”

To cast your vote, you can simply send an e-mail to businessawards@eveningtimes.co.uk with Glasgow Airport in the subject field. The deadline for all votes is Friday 7 August.

The winner will be announced at the Glasgow Business Awards Ceremony and Dinner on Thursday 1 October 2015.
